Never send
Cash, currency, precious metals, jewellery, illegal drugs, weapons, explosives, ammunition, flammables, compressed gases, corrosives, toxic materials, live animals, human remains, counterfeit goods, pornography, stolen goods or anything prohibited by Indian law.
Restricted goods
Batteries, liquids, aerosols, fragile goods, food, medicines, plants, alcohol, tobacco, temperature-sensitive goods and high-value items may require written approval, special packaging, documents or a different service. Do not send them unless expressly approved.
Inspection and action
Shipments may be screened, refused, held, returned, surrendered to authorities or safely disposed of where required. The shipper remains responsible for all resulting costs, losses, penalties and claims.
