Service scope
VectraExpress provides domestic India parcel coordination, tracking and delivery services subject to serviceability, capacity, applicable law and these terms. A shipment may be refused, delayed, returned or disposed of where safety, law, packaging, payment, address or operational requirements are not met.
Shipper responsibility
The shipper is responsible for accurate consignee details, lawful contents, safe packaging, correct declared value, required permits and payment of all applicable charges. The shipper must not tender prohibited or restricted items.
Loss, damage and insurance
Loss, damage, delay, deterioration, consequential loss, loss of profit and indirect loss are not covered unless shipment insurance has been purchased and accepted in writing before dispatch. For uninsured shipments, VectraExpress does not promise compensation. Any investigation or goodwill review does not create an admission of liability.
Delivery and returns
Delivery may be made to the consignee, an authorised person at the delivery address, or as permitted by law. Failed deliveries, incorrect addresses, refusal, non-contactable recipients and restricted locations may result in return-to-origin, storage, disposal or additional charges.
Changes
These terms may be updated for operational or legal reasons. Continuing to use the service after publication of an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
